The sun setting over a boat less river is the most appropriate way to announce that we have decided to

close for the season.

We did entertain the thought of staying open longer this year. But being known for being a seasonal spot we would have to advertise and promote and doing so seemed to be in conflict with the responsible words of those advising to stay home.

Like everyone we had our fair share of challenges this year but we overcame them and had a decent, albeit shorter, season.

So many places have struggled we are so grateful for what we did have.
The sun setting eventually gives way to new days. We look forward to our new days in 2021.

Please folks, take care of yourselves AND one another.
